TODAY: Early rise, then straight to the gym to lift weights, work, and finish the day with martial arts.

TOMORROW: Test for my next black belt.

MY MAX: Promax is always there when I need it. I have a bar with me at the gym, on the trail, in the car, etc. They are high in fiber, loaded with vitamins, and full of protein. It is like having a nutritious dessert anywhere, at any time.
