Our Returns Policy

We will gladly exchange or refund unopened, uneaten, like-new merchandise purchased from our website within 28 days of the shipping date. Please contact our office at contact@promaxnutrition.com or 1-888-421-2032 to arrange the return. Merchandise must be not be opened or damaged. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
