What makes you the Featured Fan?
I love Promax Cookies n’ Cream bar! It’s my go to post workout snack. When I’m really trying to get through a hard workout it’s what I think about, I use it as motivation because I literally love the flavor that much!
Which Promax bar do you like best? Cookies n Cream … better than any Oreo I’ve ever had 🙂
Why is Fitness and Nutrition important to you?
Fitness and nutrition is important to me because I wasn’t always in shape or making the best health decisions. I’ve been overweight, I’ve been a drinker and a smoker and a fast food regular. Now that I prioritize my health I feel so much better both mentally and physically. Our bodies are an amazing thing and when you fuel it correctly and train you can accomplish awesome things. Since I changed my health habits I’ve ran 3 marathons, a Tough Mudder and competed in the bikini division of NANBF.
What is one unique thing about you?
I am relentlessly determined. Some may call it stubborn, but when I want to do something I push until I accomplish it. I literally submerge myself in it. For instance, I started running and 6 months later completed my first marathon. When I started lifting I competed in my first bodybuilding competition 8 months later and won Bikini Tall Open and Bikini Tall Novice.
Not fitness related but another fun fact is the first time I went in an airplane I jumped out! Don’t worry, it was planned — I was skydiving and I recommend it to an thrill seeker.
