Promax Peanut Butter Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Gluten Free Oats
1/2 Cup Water or Milk
2 TBSPs Peanut Butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 Apple Sliced (You can use any fruit you like)
1/2 Promax Lower Sugar Peanut Butter Cookie Dough, cut up
Drizzle Peanut Butter on top
Combine the water and oats in a bowl and place in microwave on high for 3 minutes. Mix in the peanut butter and vanilla extract, then add your toppings. Drizzle Peanut Butter on top for an extra sweetness. You can also warm up the Promax bar to make it more gooey if you would like. Eat immediately. Makes 1 serving.
