NEW LOWER SUGAR ALL-NATURAL ENERGY BARS
Promax Nutrition®, a pioneer in the fitness nutrition business, announces the addition of PromaxLS to its family of products, a new line of all natural, lower sugar* energy bars. The first two flavor offerings, Chocolate Fudge and Peanut Butter Chocolate, will hit shelves in early 2011. Responding to a growing consumer demand for healthier lower sugar options in the energy bar category, PromaxLS offers the health benefits of all natural and lower overall sugar content provided by the natural, plant derived sweetener, Stevia.

PromaxLS bars are all natural, gluten-free, kosher, and vegetarian, with 18 grams of replenishing protein and 14 grams of fiber (56% daily value – providing more fiber than any other protein bar). PromaxLS bars also contain 40% less sugar than leading regular energy bars* and are made with no artificial sweeteners like sucralose, saccharin, or aspartame. Additionally, the energy bars contain no high fructose corn syrup, trans fats, maltitol, or gelatin. Stevia is used in PromaxLS as an all natural non-nutritive sweetener to make the bar taste great while containing only 9 grams of sugar.

The core line of bars are all-natural and packed with 20 grams of protein, 18 vitamins and minerals with no artificial sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup, trans fats, maltitol, or gelatin.
